Representative Pruitt moved and asked unanimous consent that the                                                                
House consider the Senate message (page 2389) on the following:                                                                 
                                                                                                                                
    HOUSE BILL NO. 244                                                                                                          
    "An Act extending the termination date of the Citizens' Advisory                                                            
    Commission on Federal Management Areas in Alaska; and
